I'll try and keep it short and simple and to the point. Fantastic experience! ok, done. No, really I'm 32yrs old, almost all my life had been taking Cortisone (asthma related) and bad diets so no matter how my workouts and diets attempts were made, there were some very stubborn parts that didn't feel like slimming down. That's the short sad story of my life, now behind me! so I've had it and I wanted a healthier body to put on some good looking clothes on a good looking body, so here I am, about 2 months out of surgery wearing some SLIM fitting clothes, donating almost all my closet and looking for a good serious tailor! (and I'm still swollen!) Dr. G is to the point, no B.S. no round about, no pitching sale, just straight forward answers and pointing exactly what, how and where he was going to craft me out. I'm not going to lie and say that it doesn't hurt or bother after surgery, because believe me, it does; you know that expression: "got hit by a truck" well, it pretty much applies. But you gotta know you are getting some fat (in my case) out of your body that no workout is doing, its bound to hurt! but man, these results (and I'm still swollen) speak for itself! and of course, I cannot not mention the amazing staff at the office, everyone, including the Anesthesiologist is awesome! Nancy does not pitch a sales speech, she really works with you and talks to you and makes you comfortable and relaxed. Having a Liposuction is just not about going slimmer, you have to work with your body, change your habits, go healthier, read food labels, but hey, it's just your LIFE, you kind of need to make it happen! and once you do...you'll be turning heads, and more so, feel and look good as soon as you wake up! Wow, this is getting long, so to conclude...I searched and interviewed a lot of surgeons, private practices, hospitals, TV and Radio doctors, but Dr. G. is the Man and his team are the Best!

I wanted to have a complete facelift done, so I did a lot of research as you can imagine when it comes to your face you must know who you are going to place such a huge responsibility on, someone who is not just good but great, and that person is doctor Sam Gershenbaum, he has the insight and vision of such famous an artist as Picasso, and his hands are guided by angels. Words could not describe who beautiful a job he has performed, I look 20 years younger, and the scars where literally invisible within two weeks. He is very attentive explains everything, works with you to the fullest satisfaction before and after surgery, his assistants and staff are nothing less than what you would expect from a wonderful well put together team, so great in the assertiveness, kindness, and full attention to every detail, it was the best decision I have ever made. Breast Augmentation Patient
I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Gershenbaum on April 7, 2011. I could not be happier with my results. I did a lot of research on plastic surgeons in south Florida. When I came across Dr. G's website and saw the before and after photos, I knew I had to make the 3 hour drive south for a consultation. After meeting with Dr. G and his staff, I knew immediately he was the plastic surgeon for me. He is a conservative Doctor who is concerned with giving a natural looking result. This is exactly what I was looking for. During my consultation he was extremely patient and listened to everything I had to say. (This was very comforting after my bad experience with a plastic surgeon in the West Palm area. That Doctor met with me for all of 10 minutes and tried to talk me into going way bigger than what I wanted.) With Dr. G, I could tell he truly cared about giving me the best result possible. The office staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. I had the pleasure of coordinating my surgery with Marcia Kopelman and she made everything a breeze. Thank you so much Marcia!! Naturally, I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery, but Dr. G and his staff made me feel very comfortable. The pain after my procedure was minimal and I was back to normal within a couple days. Again, I am SO thrilled with my results. My breasts look the way I've always wanted them to and I cannot thank Dr. G enough for that! Also, thank you to all the staff who made my experience a wonderful one. All in all, this Doctor is a true perfectionist and when it comes to a plastic surgeon you should want nothing less. Ladies, if you are seriously considering breast augmentation, I am telling you, Dr. G is the ONLY one to go with!
Otoplasty
I'm a man,42 years old,who lives in the country Suriname in South America.On May 12th 2011 I underwent a bilaterale otoplasty. Dr.Sam Gershenbaum was the plastic surgeon who helped me. For me it was a great and very positive experience. At the young age of 16 years I had my first otoplasty, done by a general surgeon. At that time there were no plastic surgeons in my country. However I was never satisfied. I made contact in Sept. 2010 with Marcia Kopelman, the patient coordinator of Dr.Gershenbaum. I sent some pictures of me via email and Dr.G recommended Otoplasty. In December 2010 I went to Aventura, Miami for the first consultation. Dr.G and his wonderful staff made me feel comfortable at once. And then in May 2011, I went again to Miami for the otoplasty. It's now two and a half weeks after the surgery and I'm back again at home. It's now time to recover and it will take some more months. When I saw my ears on the first post-operative consultation I couldn't believe it... But it was true! What a big difference compared to before the surgery. I was very satisfied !! My new look is making me feel oh so good! Once again MANY THANKS to my doctor, you're great !! Also many thanks to Marcia and the other staff members. Honestly, I MISS YOU ALL !!! PECTORAL IMPLANT AND RECOSTRUCTIVE SURGERY. Dear Reader: I'm not going to spend much time telling you what a great person Dr. Gershenbaum is or how top grade his operation room and office are or how friendly and outstanding his staff is. I'm here to talk about my surgery with him, and to help you to make a good decision on your own. I was a lost case in the Reconstructive Surgery field: At age 21, an accident in the ARMY left me with not only several ugly scars on my right pectoral area but also a deep indentaion in the pectoral area similar to a flat tire on your car. I was so self-conscious about it, that I would never remove my shirt in public places, and if I would go to the beach, I was always trying to hide my imperfection. Dr. Gershenbaum went where other plastic surgeons didn't dare to go. Instead of taking the short route and say what others had already said in Massachusetts, New York and South Florida: "Well... if it doesn't hurt you, you better go back home and be content with it!" All the opposite, Dr G. took personal interest in the problem and worked together with me to solve the problem. After a couple of visits to his office and a long consideration, he took the following aproach. He said: "I think that the best way to go is to put a silicon pectoral implant, and wrap it up with animal skin to give it form and volume. I will also harvest some fat from your waist line and inject it in the area to round up the chest and give a natural contour to it". I agreed with him... and we proceded to the next step: the surgery. Dr. Gershenbaum didn't skimp resources or his prescious time. Six hours in the operation room under general anesthesia left me with a brand new chest. He not only solved the problem but he greatly surpassed my expectations, in a very smart way, and for a very reasonable price as well. For the first time in my life I could look at the mirror and admire the shape and volume of my upper and lower right pectoral area. It is so perfect that it matches my other pectoral area which has had twenty years of training with heavy weights. I'm extremely greatful to Dr. Gershenbaum for returning my self-confidence to me. I no longer feel embarrased to go shirtless. Dr. G is AMAZING! I had my Breast Augmentation on Nov.22nd 2010, it is now one month later and I'm in love with my new breasts! I searched for the best plastic surgeon and luckily I found him. I wanted the most natural and undetectable result and I got more than I asked for. No one can tell that they are fake, they just look like perfect natural breasts! My boyfriend originally didn't want me to have surgery, but now he is sooo thankful that I did, he loves them. He says they look like mine just bigger and better! Also I must add that I absolutely love the staff, especially Nancy and Marty. Let's be honest, you came here to find out if you're choosing the right surgeon right? You want a perfectionist...a doc who really knows what looks good...someone who has endless notches under their belt...a surgeon who takes pride in what he does....someone who really goes the extra mile but all at a reasonable price? Well, lucky you because you found Dr. G, who is all of the above. He transformed my body completely and thanks to him I can trot around in my bikini again. You can look around all you want, but at the end of the day, you will see that he is the only doctor for you. Trust me, I was just like you, searching...wondering...a bit intimidated by all the choices. I have two words for you..."stop looking"!!!!! good look to all and you will not regret this journey. My girlfriend had a baby and noticed that after breast feeding, her breast became much smaller, and less attractive as well as having enlarged areolas from breast feeding. She told me that she was searching online for a very professional plastic surgeon for breast implants and augmentation. She continued her research and then it hit me, I was in need of implants myself as well, I had lost some weight causing my breast to shrink to an almost "A" bra, which is embarrassing for me when I put on a bathing suit on here in Florida. I looked like a boy! So, since I work for a physician, I asked him if his wife were to undergo surgery, who would he recommend, and with no hesitation he recommended Dr. G., I told my friend and she set up an appt, she called me from the office to shay she booked her surgery with Dr. G. As he was the best surgeon she met. Then I scheduled my surgery 3 days after hers, and we are so thrilled with our new look! Dr. G is very conservative, very serious about all his work , he answered all questions and explained the differences between certain implants, therefore we decided together on a reasonable size. I continually asked him his opinion, and he was straight forward with me and procedure went very well. Recovery is a process that you have to be very involved in, and if you follow all protocol you will be fine. I had my 8 week check up and he was truly pleased as I was with the outstanding work, he is not just a surgeon, he is a perfectionist, and that makes a difference. I feel like a new woman, and I think that Dr. G and his staff for all they have done, I will continue to refer Dr. G as I know no other surgeon like him. Thank you again!!!

I traveled from New York to Florida after many years of reviewing this surgeon. Most of my communication was via email and over telephone. Once I arrived at Dr. Gershenbaum's office O met with him. The Dr. acctually told me things I did not need done and should not have done. He listened to me and took his time despite of how busy he is. I had Pectoral implants, Radix Osteotomi and liposuction everywhere. I am told that the real results are seen months after surgery but after two weeksI l look 20 years younger. I was told that told that I have the waist of a teen male. I could not believe my ears but must admit that is it true. My chest looks and feels amazing. rnrnGenetically this would be an impossibility for me. To make a long story short my only regret is having waited so long to have meet with Dr. Gershenbaum. I consider him a man with a gift that very few have and I am eternally thankful to him for the rest of my life. I am positive that as a father time takes a toll on your body I will be sure to seek out Dr. Gershenbaum magic again. Needless to say that I highly recommend him and his fantastic staff in accordance with the highest of standars, professionalism and simply an artist/perfectionist.

My overall experience with Dr. Gershenbaum was great; he was very professional and his staff was so nice, their nurses are caring, and the office coordinator worked with me very well on the scheduling as well as the payment portion. What I like the most is that Dr. Gershenbaum seems to be very "picky" or a "perfectionist", which is an excellent quality because I believe in the more wholistic approach to medicine.
